This was Eddie's first year to play tackle football, and it was a huge success! Eddie learned about memorizing and executing different plays, tackling, receiving, and teamwork. When the season started, we were not sure if the boys were going to do very well and we were a little nervous about possible injuries. As the season progressed, all of the boys worked hard and the improvements throughout the team were amazing! The boys really learned to work together and give it their all. They won the playoffs and advanced to the 2nd grade Superbowl. We got all of the little sisters and their friends together to be cheerleaders for the big game. We even made a big paper sign for the boys to run through! They were so pumped! They played a great game and won the Superbowl title! We are so proud of Eddie and all of his hard work.
