My brother, Matt, and his wife, Laura, welcomed baby Nathan Arthur Tiscareno to their family this morning at 10:45am. He is 10 pounds and 21 inches long. He will have life-long buddies in his two older brothers, Samuel and Isaac. I am a very proud Aunt!
