Before the Thanksgiving break, Eddie's first grade class put on a little show for the parents. Each child created their own "costume" (either Indian or Pilgrim) and each student memorized a few lines of a Thanksgiving poem. The poem recital was adorable and Eddie did a wonderful job!
We had a great Thanksgiving celebration this year. We spent most of the day just relaxing together at home. We had our own feast, just the four of us, at home and then later in the day we went to a friends' house for another feast! The kids had a blast playing together while the adults talked and watched football. We have so much to be thankful for!
